maybe i should buy some sort of travel book or a map, i caught a bus from new england to Montreal in quebec, i knew there was some french thing going on but i didn't know it was the biggest french speaking city outside of france, there is no english ,and my debit card only works at an atm at the bus station, i am forever without access to my funds!!
Japan - i was speaking to a dude from japan and he was saying how they only have six days of vacation a year, and he goes to work from 8am to 10pm and that he works saturday so his only bit of free time is sunday, which he sometimes works then too. and all this for 500us dollars a week. thats a 84hour work week. the only people who finish at 5pm are sales people all the company/factory people go till around 8 or 10 pm, thats what i call a work ethic
canada is so much like australia with their laws and stuff, and it is vastly different to the usa, everyone is a bit cynical here, they dont have the blind optimism like the yanks, i'm actually missing the usa, i can't wait to go back tomorrow. i would like canada but i'm here to see the usa not some neutral version of australia full of socialists. i want to go back to a good ol' US bar have a jimbeam and coke (no jim beam anywhere) and eat nachos at the bar, nachos are my new food
a dude i was just talking to at a 'cheers' bar (just like the tv show) he is a producer and is making a film based on john candy's last script, it's called our father so look for it in 2008, the budget is 15million so tiny in usa terms but big in ozzy terms and he said the release would be international so we should see it in australia, it's about some priest in LA who produces films but loses his way and moves to detroit - so let the laughs roll with an out of place priest finding his values again in downtown detroit and all the gangsters!!! whoopi goldberg anyone????
well at least canada have the queen on their money - god bless the mother country, but i wont be coming back , there is a pub crawl starting in an hour so i'll see how i go

Dan, you are fucking awesome. Remember the summer of 83 in Hawaii. Those long boards 10', we waited 2 weeks for the surf and it finally hit 16 footers and i was too pussy but you went out cause you're a legend.

i hate canadians man. they let me enter the country knowing i was on a J1 visa and not once bothered to say "have you got your DS2019 form to get back in to the US". lucky the chick at the us customs was in a good mood and let me in.

mr. morris the shipment has been altered as per our plan, we are using indonesian pirates instead of the chineese and the quantity has doubled, also i have found night vision goggles, they are a little pricey but see if you can find some buyers in chinatown. when you come to the usa we can finalise the deal, and if things go bad look under the mango tree for my last will and testament. and the french will pay for there treachury,
