Top : Me breaking the back of a horse at monument valley, its in nevada but the picturesque part that is in all the john wayne films is in the bottom of utah.
Second: i forget what town that is, its the cadillac fins thing, some post deco art in the middle of a field, this photo is just after uncle larry dacked me.
Third: there is quite the drop about a foot behind me at the grand canyon
Fourth: an indian riding off on a horse, he stole it from the spanish
Fifth: thisis in amorillo texas. the steakhouse where you eat the 72 ounce (2.5 kilo) steak.

I love these photographs. But I especially loved the tale about that guy being so impressed that you spoke English! Hahha! And what a spooky coincidence about Men At Work playing at that exact moment! Years ago (like back in 1985) I was in a record store in Oslo Norway and found a copy of Icehouse's "Flowers" album (which when it was released was supposed to be known as Flowers' "Icehouse" album.. but hey.. that's a story too long for this comment). It really freaked me out that here I was in Oslo of all places and Icehouse was filed under the "alternative" music category.
Oh and one more thing - noticed that you have "Confederacy of Dunces" listed as one of your favourite books. It's mine too. You're the first person I've come across who knows of this brillant book. Wow - another coincidence.. you speak English AND you've read "Confederacy of Dunces".
